    Our Mission

The word Darasani means Classroom in Swahili. We have a simple mission to make education possible for a wide segment of the population that has to choose between food and education. We provide school supplies and financial aid directly to children in the rural villages of Tanzania to promote education for a long term solution to poverty.

    News and Events

    • 100% of your contributions go directly to children in Tanzania
    • $120 pays for a full year's school fees, books, and uniforms for one child.
    • The school year in Tanzania begins in January. We urgently need cash donations to send more children to  school.

    Critical Needs

90 students are now enrolled in schools, thanks to the generosity of donors.
